   I am using IE. I've tried firefox but like IE better. It's strange how we see things differently according to the browser we're using.

   You must be using Internet Explorer. For some reason IE does not like to read the entire CSS code properly, like FireFox does, because there is a second background the pops up as the mouse moves around & makes the font easier to read.
